Instruction for Paper/Abstract Submission:

1. Submit new paper or abstract:

Follow the instruction to submit the paper and check paper status online.

Paper submission:

Each registered author is only allowed to submit one paper only.
Full paper should be submitted in the given format “Form 04-Paper Format Template” (Click here to download
All papers will be reviewed and assessed by the International Scientific Committee of the symposium proceedings before the conditional paper acceptance letters have been issued.
Upon receiving formal registration with registration fee paid, the papers will be sent out for peer review. Final acceptance for publication in the proceeding is subject to satisfactory revision according to the review comments.
All accepted papers will be included in conference proceedings for applying in inclusive in CPCI/Scopus/Ei-Compendex. The symposium International Scientific Committee will select high quality papers and recommend to journal, JFBI (Journal of Fiber Bioengineering and Informatics) www.jfbitbis.org

Abstract submission:

Authors who only want to give a presentation (oral or poster) without submitting full papers must submit abstract online in the given format (Click here to download).
Upon receiving the acceptance letter after peer review, authors must complete registration with the full payment before the registration deadline in order to be included in the program.
The abstract will NOT be included in conference proceedings. 


 2. Submit revised paper: 

Please submit your revised paper together with the reply to reviewer form.
For the revised paper: Please put your revised part in “RED” so that the changes can be easily identified.
For the reply to reviewer form: Please address each of the issues that the reviewer and editor raised. General comment such as “All issues have been modified in accordance with requirements” or “These problems have been improved in the paper” etc are not adequate.
 The form “Form 20-Reply to reviewers” (Click here to download) will be viewed by editors and reviewers.
