- Abstract submission: 

  • Deadline for one page abstract submission:   September 30, 2010 
                  • October 31, 2010 (extended)
  • Date for notification of abstract acceptance:  October 31, 2010
                  • November 16, 2010 (extended)

Remark: Payment of USD50 per abstract is required upon submission of the abstract as reviewing fee. If the abstract is accepted, the payment for abstract will be counted as part of the registration fee. If the abstract has not been accepted, there is no refund of the payment.

- Paper submission: 

    Deadline for full paper submission:  December 31,  2010 (No extension)  

            (No paper accepted after this deadline)

    Date for notification of the paper acceptance: February 28,  2011 

                                                       (Extended to March 31, 2011)

Remark: The paper will be peer reviewed and assessed before publication.
